Beside huge anime industry of Japan, Japanese independent anime has shown gradual growth in terms of quality and quantity. Makoto Shinkai made huge impact on it and  has inspiered many followers.

And now, Japanese anime industry has faced critical problems including human resources, low payment issue, high retention rate and so on. What are they going to do? Reconsructing the industory? Waiting for new technology like Automatic-Animetion-Writting AI or something?
